夏日水果「纖營」飲品
材料:
酵素美人 30毫升 水 / 梳打水 150毫升 (因濃淡喜好而定)
士多啤梨 3 粒
藍莓 10粒
椰果 2茶匙
冰塊適量
做法
:
1. 將酵素美人加水攪拌,若想有帶氣感覺,可選擇使用梳打水。
2. 水果需先洗淨切粒,可按個人喜好以不同水果作配搭。
3. 將水果粒加入酵素美人中,混合後,加入冰塊,並配上裝飾即成。
