天使麵Angel hair 75克 (grams)
急凍虎蝦Frozen tiger prawns 5隻(Pieces)
青口Mussels 3隻(Pieces)
蕃茄(切碎)Tomatoes(Chopped)2個(Pieces)
蒜頭Garlic 2-3塊(Cloves)

做法 Methods:
- 虎蝦以少許鹽及黑胡椒醃味
- Season the prawns with salt and black
- 下少許鹽於水中,煮熟天使麵,去水備用
- Boil the angel hair and till well,then add salt,drain and set aside
- 下半茶匙油爆香蒜頭,放入虎蝦及青口,加白酒炒至熟,盛起備用
- Add 1/2 teaspoon of oil and stir fry garlic, add white wine, prawns and mussels til well, set aside
- 下半茶匙油將蕃茄粒略炒,下少許鹽,半茶匙糖及香草(芫茜)調味,將海鮮放回同炒
- Add l/2 teaspoon of oil and fry the chopped tomatoes, seasoning with little salt, l/2 teaspoon of sugar, and herb-parsley, add seafood and fry
- 將鮮茄海鮮鋪在天使麵上,加上莞茜即成
- Finally put seafood and tomato sauce into angel hair, add herb-Parsley and serve.
